Returns & Exchanges

We want every order to be a blessing. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

Unused, unwritten-in items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return.

Exchanges

Received a gift you already own? We'll exchange any eligible item for another of equal value — just cover the shipping difference.

Exceptions

• Digital downloads are final sale once the download link has been used.
• Items marked final sale at checkout are not returnable.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued when the return arrives, typically appearing on your statement within 5–10 business days.
