Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 1pm Central on a business day are packed within 2–3 business days; you'll receive a tracking number by email when your label is printed.

Rates and timing

• USPS Ground Advantage — 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail — 2–4 business days
• Free shipping on qualifying products and promotions (shown on the product page)

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

Damaged or lost packages

If a package arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
